About Paul

I’m Paul Nuttall.

When life feels heavy, unclear, or isolating, it helps to be met by someone steady. Much of my life has been shaped by learning how to slow down, listen honestly, and stay present with what is difficult rather than pushing past it.

I offer grounded, relational support for people who want to reconnect with themselves and move forward with honesty and care. My work is informed by my own ongoing path of self-inquiry and integration, as well as by years of walking alongside others through moments of uncertainty, change, and growth.

I do not work from theory or performance. I work from lived experience, presence, and a commitment to meet people where they are. I believe there is always one small, honest step available when we feel safe enough to notice it.

A Place to begin

You might be here because something feels off, even if life looks fine from the outside.

You may be carrying a lot on your own, unsure where to bring what you are feeling. You might be thoughtful and self aware, yet disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your sense of direction.

Many people who come here have done personal work before, but still sense something unresolved beneath the surface. Others are simply tired of pushing, fixing, or trying to figure things out alone.

This space is for those who want to slow down, be met honestly, and take the next right step without being rushed.

How i work

A grounded and integrated way of working

My work is rooted in presence, honesty, and integration. We slow down, listen deeply, and work with what is actually here, rather than pushing toward outcomes.

Presence

We slow down and arrive before trying to change anything. Safety comes first.

Listening

I listen to what is said and what is left unsaid. Often the truth is already here.

Care

Breathwork, embodiment, and energy are used gently. Nothing is forced.

Honesty

Clear reflection is offered when it serves what is present, grounded in integrity.

Integration

What matters is how this lives in daily life, not just in the session.

Spaces for presence and honest support

Each offering meets you in a different way. All are grounded in presence, care, and integration into real life.

Presence Calls

Presence Calls are a space to arrive exactly as you are.

This is often the first point of contact. There is no need to perform, prepare, or know what you want to say. You do not need answers. You do not need a plan.

We begin by slowing down together and creating space for what feels true to be spoken.

I listen carefully and meet you with steadiness and care, acknowledging what is present as you share. Being met in this way often brings relief and a sense of not being alone with what you are carrying.

When feelings are spoken aloud and witnessed without judgment, things can begin to soften. Over time, clarity and direction often emerge naturally, without being forced.

We can simply begin here, and see what unfolds.

Reconnection Mentorship

For some, a single conversation is enough.

For others, what begins here wants more continuity and care.

Reconnection Mentorship offers ongoing 1:1 support for those who feel tired of carrying things alone, who sense there is something unresolved beneath the surface, or who want a steadier place to return to over time.

We meet regularly and stay close to what is actually happening in your life. There is no fixed agenda and no pressure to move faster than feels right. We work with what is present, one honest step at a time, within a consistent relational container.

This work is not about being pushed toward change or improvement. It is about being met consistently enough that things can soften, settle, and become clearer in their own time.

We begin when it feels right, and continue for as long as it serves.

Group Offerings

Some people feel drawn to shared spaces.

Others are curious, but cautious.

Group offerings provide a way to be with others without pressure to perform, share more than feels right, or move faster than is comfortable.

These spaces are carefully held and grounded in presence, clear boundaries, and respect for individual pace. Each group has its own focus, but all are shaped by the same values of care, honesty, and integration.

Group breathwork sessions offer a supported space to explore inner experience alongside others. Men’s groups create room for honest conversation, slowing down, and being met by other men in a way that feels safe and real.

You are welcome to arrive as you are, participate in the way that feels right, and take what is useful with you into daily life, without needing to be anything.

FOR DEEPER WORK

Day Long Sessions

Some moments ask for more time and attention.

Day long sessions offer extended one to one space for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or at a turning point, or who sense there is something important that needs room to be met. These sessions are especially supportive when clarity feels out of reach, emotions are layered or hard to name, or when you are carrying more than can be tended to in shorter conversations.

We move gently through the day, staying close to what is actually happening for you. There is no fixed structure and no expectation to work in a particular way. We use the tools and approaches that best serve your intention in that moment, always guided by presence, care, and what feels appropriate for you.

This work can support times of transition, integration after intense experiences, or when you need uninterrupted space to listen deeply and regain a sense of steadiness and direction.

The pace is unhurried. The focus is grounded. We take the time that is needed.
